Autumn news 2008
- Stora Nolia in Piteå 2-10 Augusti
I´m going to take part of the big fair exhibition "Stora Nolia" in Piteå and share a show-case together with 15 other female who are owner of different business, This is a co-operation show-case who represent a quantity of different line of business. The number is show-case 724 in house 7. I will be there in person 6-8/8 but some of my art and other information about my company will be there during the whole period. Warmly welcome to visit our show-case!

- Project "Skapande Konst"
 
In the month of august the project "Skapande Konst" will re-start at Garnis Rehab in Boden and continue until the 19th of december. The project owner is Norrbottens Läns Landsting, division Kultur och Utbildning , area Kultur och Hälsa (Culture and Health), Sunderby Folkhögskola are responsible for the budget. I´m going, as pedagugue of art, cultureworker, be the head of the activities of creative art-work with their groups of patients who come to Garnis rehab for rehabilitation. The aim of this second part of te project is to find a way, a method who makes it possibility to implement art as a caring factor to bring more health to the patients. Im going to co-operate with the others emplyoment at the Center then it was in the first part of the project .
- Gallery SKÅDA
In the beginning of august I´m going to start and work at Galleri SKÅDA/Skådebanan Norrbotten in Luleå. I will be working together with Kina Lindmark, who are responsible for the gallery activities.

Creative cours for mentally retarded
Now is the end of the course for mentally retarded people för this term. We have worked with different materials and tecnics in a way without demands, most important to feel joy laugh and for the reason to get inspiration!

Ceramics course completed
Today was the end of the ceramics course (ground) during the spring. Eventually I will start a new one under the autumn -08. Are you interested, report your name to ABF/Luleå.

Art-Glass course
During this weekend I was taking part in a creative, intensive Art-glass course with lot of both new knowledge and also a course wich gave me a chance to repeat old knowledge about glass kiln-casting. Vernissage at Lilla Galleriet/Boden
Today was it the opening day for the jury judge artexhibition at Lilla Galleriet in Boden/Sweden. The exhibition is between 12/4 to 2/5. I am represented there with 3 pictures in glass. Many people visited the vernissage and it was a very nice day with meetings of new and older contact!

Ceramic ground cours
Today am I starting a ceramic cours for beginners.We are going to meet 7 times during the spring in my studio in Luleå. We are going to work with different methods with the clay and during the course you also get some information about how to decorate your clay-art. You also get info about different methods to burn etc. Welcome!

Start of a creative cours for mentally retarded people
Today I´m started a kind of creative cours for a group of mentally retarded people. This is the 6th time I´m running the course. We are working with different materials and methods. One of the goals is to develop different sences, have fun and feel pleasure. We have 8-10 meetings during the spring.

Back in hometown, Luleå
I´ve returned today from a 4 weeks long travel to Teneriffé. I´m now full of energy and ready to start with my different kinds of work and projects e.t.c.

Skapande konst: This is a link to a short-film about my project at Garnis rehabcenter in Boden. The aim of the project is to see if art/creative work can be a tool to bring good health to people with different neurological diseases, reumatics and people with pain-related problems. (in swedish)
